Refund policy

2-DAY RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within 2 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product was received in damaged condition

  • An incorrect item was delivered

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition

Return requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.


REPLACEMENT POLICY

We provide free replacement if:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • There is a confirmed manufacturing defect

  • A wrong item was delivered

Customers must share clear photos or videos as proof. After verification, our support team will process the replacement promptly.


REFUND POLICY

If replacement is not available, we will:

  • Process the refund within 7–10 working days

  • Credit the amount to the original payment method

  • Notify the customer once the refund is completed

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.


CONDITION FOR RETURN

To maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity:

  • Products must be unused and undamaged

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • Products must not show signs of tampering or misuse

Used or damaged products will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
